要旨

This study aims to support the digital transformation of a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME), CV Prima Semesta Alam, which specializes in reptile leather craft products, by developing an integrated mobile-based marketing system. Limited adoption of information technology within the MSME has resulted in restricted product visibility, manual stock confirmation, and inefficient transaction processes. To address these challenges, this research develops an Android-based mobile commerce application that integrates a company profile with product catalog features and an online ordering system. The methodology employed in this study follows the Waterfall model, consisting of data collection, requirement analysis, interface design using Figma, backend development using Golang and RESTful API, mobile development in Kotlin, and system validation through Black Box Testing. The resulting application provides functionalities for both customers and administrators. Customers can view product details, check real-time availability, calculate shipping costs through RajaOngkir API integration, and place orders directly. Administrators can manage product data through intuitive CRUD features, ensuring synchronization between stock updates and the catalog displayed to users. Black Box Testing demonstrates that all critical functions, including login, product management, checkout flow, and shipping cost calculation, operate as expected without functional errors. The findings indicate that integrating a company profile with mobile commerce features enhances credibility, improves operational efficiency, and expands market reach for MSMEs in the reptile leather industry. Future enhancements may include automated payments, shipment tracking, and business analytics dashboards to further support MSME competitiveness in the digital era.
