要旨

The digital era has had a significant impact on children's learning patterns and behavior, particularly with the rise in online gaming. This article aims to analyze the crucial role of parents in supervising their children's learning amidst advances in digital technology, with a focus on preventing online gaming addiction. The method used was a literature review, examining fifteen scientific articles published between 2020 and 2024 that were relevant to the research topic. The study results indicate that active supervision, emotional support, and open communication between parents and children can reduce the risk of digital addiction and increase learning motivation. Furthermore, good parental digital literacy is a crucial factor in guiding children in using technology productively and in a balanced manner. Collaboration between parents and schools is also necessary to foster healthy and responsible learning habits. Therefore, ongoing, compassionate parental supervision is key to developing resilient, digitally ethical, and high-achieving children in the modern era.
